Product Introduction
IS, IR, and IH series horizontal single-stage single-suction centrifugal pumps are used to transport clean water, liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water, and liquids without solid particles.
This pump adopts a back-opening structure, so there is no need to disassemble the suction and discharge pipelines when removing the pump cover and impeller; two ball bearings are installed in the suspension, lubricated with engine oil or grease; the pump is directly driven by an electric motor through a flexible coupling, and the volute, feet, suction flange and discharge flange are cast as a whole, featuring reliable structure and convenient maintenance.

- Simple structure, reliable performance, small volume, light weight, good cavitation resistance, low power consumption, and easy use and maintenance.
- Wide versatility: There are 140 specifications in the whole series, using only 4 types of shafts; shafts, bearings, shaft seals, impeller fasteners, etc. of the same specification are interchangeable, and there are only 4 types of suspensions in the whole series.
- Implementation standard: Q/GZGYP 3-2009. Among them, the IS type pump is designed in accordance with the international standard ISO 2858, with technology aligned with the international advanced level, and is an energy-saving pump product promoted by the state.
- The rotating speed is divided into two types: 2900 rpm and 1450 rpm.

Application Scope
Widely used in industrial and agricultural production, urban water supply and drainage, fire water supply and other scenarios, it can transport clean water, liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water, and liquids without solid particles:
- IS type: Suitable for normal temperature clean water transportation (＜40℃)
- IR type: Suitable for hot water transportation (＜99℃)
- IH type: Suitable for corrosive chemical medium transportation (flow passage components are made of stainless steel)
